Details

  • $300 per Military / Service team with valid ID's
  • $395 per team through May1, 2012
  • $425 per team through May 15th, 2012

            ***Military/Service fees available with Valid ID's (each player must have ID or badge)

    • 3D SPORTS will close team registration when the maximum number of teams have registered.
    • Fee must be PAID IN FULL for a team to be registered.
    • Checks and Money Orders submitted by mail are considered paid on postmarked date.
    • Registered teams will be notified by E-mail, posted on the tournament website, and receive a registration packet.

The 1st Player from your team to register (or your Manager/ Coach) should select "New Team" fee option to create a team.
Enter your team name in this format: examples: U14Boys (Competitive) Hurricanes OR U10Girls (Recreational) Surge   ***If you fail to indicate your age and desired level of competition we won't know where to place you.  If you have even ONE travel/select player on your roster you must enter the Competitive division.

After you register a new team you will be emailed a LINK you must use to roster your players (CHECK YOUR BULK/SPAM FOLDER TOO). If you do not get this email promptly, please contact our staff. To add players to your online roster you will need: Player's name, home phone, date of birth, and a VALID email address. If you do not enter each player's email (minor's must have a parent's email), they will not be able to complete an online waiver. Do not attempt to use the same email for all of your players as this will make the online waivers invalid (meaning your players will be ineligible to play). Each player you add to your roster will automatically receive an email notification with a LINK that they must use to complete their contact information and consent to the online waiver. There is no way to access your roster or player waivers through the website, rather participants must utilize the emailed LINKS to access and complete the online registration forms.  Should you have any questions, concerns or do not receive any of your anticipated emails, please do not hesitate in contacting our staff for assistance.

PLEASE READ: All waivers must be completed online prior to May 29, 2012. No players will be allowed to complete waivers after MAY 29, 2011. No Exceptions will be made. No paper waivers will be available at the tournament check-in. Please advise your players to complete their online waivers by using the link our system will send them. Players without complete and accurate waivers will be deleted from your roster on May 30, 2012 and will not be allowed to participate. No refunds will be given.
