REGISTER YOUR TEAM!

• Registration Fee - $335 per team; No team is considered registered until paid-in-full
• 1st Come, First Served - Checks/Money Orders submitted via snail mail are considered paid on postmarked date;
  
• Registration Deadline - May 2nd, 2008 (online registration form and payment must be RECEIVED, not postmarked, by this date.
• 3D Soccer will close registration when maximum number of teams have paid or on May 2, 2008 (whichever comes first)
• Acceptance - Teams who are accepted will get a registration packet in the mail shortly after the registration deadline
• Divisions of Competition - 3D Soccer reserves the right to combine divisions

• Skill Levels - Youth teams can compete in Red (recreational) or Black (club/travel) divisions.  Club players should plan to compete in the Black divisions.
  
• Roster Rules - 
• 12 player max for all divisions
• COED teams must have 3 females rostered (2 must be on the field at all times)

3. Mail the printed Confirmation and check/money order to 3D Soccer
4. Automatic Email Confirmation: This is notice that your application has been received, but is not a guarantee of acceptance. When your team fee is paid, your team will be accepted (assuming there is still room in your selected division).
