Raise Awareness

3D Sports’ mission is to provide experiences that teach and reinforce the skills and traits that help develop great athletes and outstanding citizens. We also recognize and greatly appreciate all the work that youth-focused nonprofit organizations (NPOs) do to positively influence young lives in Hampton Roads. Therefore, the primary purpose of this event is to enable 3D Sports to serve as a rainmaker for youth-focused NPOs in our area. After making donations to these NPOs additional proceeds are donated to the AIM for Excellence Foundation providing scholarships to summer sports camps.

 

Raise money - Just like a CARNIVAL or FAIR

This event is a great draw for players and spectators, as well as community members looking for a fun family-friendly activity. Each NPO runs an activity booth of their choosing (e.g., face painting, horse shoes, bounce house, etc,). After exchanging cash for tickets, event attendees will use those tickets to play the games at the booths. The more fun you have the more money you raise for participating NPOs!!! The tickets are then redeemed for cash at the end of the event. In addition to this fundraising opportunity the 3D Sports also guarantees each NPO:

• A $200 donation from 3D Sports, Inc.
• A terrific opportunity to increase awareness of their cause, needs and ongoing service to our community
• Full promotional support via the marketing outlets utilized to promote this event, all paid for by 3D Sports (e.g., radio spots, media releases, web space, links, printed material, E-Newsletters, and direct mail)

Which NPO's?

Who? Any registered NPO that works to benefit young people in the Hampton Roads community is qualified to participate. Again this year we contacted over 100 area NPOs! The 2011 3D Sand Soccer Shootout Beneficiaries are still being recruited but here are some NPOs we have helped in the past:
