Once an NPO is accepted for participation in the SAND SOCCER SHOOTOUT:

• A few forms need to be filled out.
• A few meetings the NPO must be represented at.
• $150 security deposit (NPO will get deposit back after tournament).
• Nothing else until the SAND SOCCER SHOOTOUT.

3D SPORTS will help NPO's through the entire process to make the event an easy and enjoyable experience.

• All equipment and promotional materials for NPO booth will be supplied and maned by NPO volunteers.
• Set up booth on evening of June 3rd or morning of June 4th.
• Run booth for entire event on June 4th & 5th.
• Break down & clean up in afternoon on June 5th.
• 3D SPORTS will supply extra volunteers.
