Registration Deadline has been extended for SOME divisions.  Call 757.256.8444 to see if we are still accepting teams in your division.

Directions - All teams must register online.

1. Enter all required information into the from below. Blanks or incorrect contact information may prevent your team's acceptance.
2. Click "Submit"
3. PRINT 2 copies of the Confirmation page
4. Mail the printed Confirmation and check/money order for $335 to 3D Soccer*
1. PLEASE NOTE: your team is NOT registered until payment is received.
   
5. Upon receipt of payment you will get an e-mail from 3D Soccer confirming your payment has been received.
   

*Note: A full refund will be issued if your team does not get into the tournament.
